The Spink Funeral Home has been in operation all throughout the past 77 years, and vows to continue functioning at peak performance for ages to come. Our home opened its doors to the public in February of 1931, with its first office situated at 520 West State Street in Olean, NY. Folks all throughout the region immediately praised the fine funeral arrangements purveyed by the burgeoning business. Mr. Spink's two sons, Joseph Carter Spink and Phillip S. Spink, eventually went into business with their father, and continued to grow the operation. Expanding our reach to an entirely separate location in Cuba NY, residents still turn to the home to receive unrivaled treatment.

Protocol and Etiquette

Protocol and etiquette stipulate that friends, relatives, church members or business associates may serve as pallbearers.  When the deceased has been prominent in political, business, church or civic circles, it is appropriate for the family to request a few associates of the deceased to serve as honorary pallbearers.  They serve only in an honorary capacity and do not actively assist in carrying the casket.  When you need to arrange a memorial or funeral service, please call LETRO-MCINTOSH SPINK FUNERAL HOME at 716-372-2200.  We serve all denominations, and our home is located at 646 E.
